Enhance your mindfulness practice by sitting with your fellow island meditators. This free weekly* sitting runs on a drop-in basis. We sit in silent meditation for two 30-minute periods with a silent 5 minute stretching break in-between. Experienced meditators of all denominations are welcome. There is no instruction or discourse provided. New meditators are invited to contact email@example.com with questions or to request a mini instruction session if you do not already have an established practice and would like to join.
