Intro to Wellness Evening

Join us for a Wellness Session during our Intro to Wellness Evening Oct 17!
This is a time to unwind, relax and focus on you!
Have you been thinking about ways to get healthier? We all want to be healthier right? Sometimes we need support to get traction, we need a reason to workout: workout tor reduce pain, workout to be happy, workout to change a mood, increase the immune system, workout to change our mindset. We are worth it, taking action can be difficult. During our sessions, we’ll find ways that work for YOU. Each of us are different, although we share common feelings and emotions. Let’s prevent 70% of illness, You have the answers, We will discover these together.
Wellness Session 1: 6-7pm Wellness and Mindfulness, bring your mat, water and come to work your core, stretch, and join us in a mindful exercise and breathing exercise.
Wellness Session 2: 7:30pm-8:30pm Wellness and Relax, bring your mat, water, come to work your core, stretch and join us in a stress management and breathing exercise.
Spaces are limited to 12/session. Pre-registration is necessary, Please email Tanja with your expectation for the session, your current health and daily activities.
