Wellness Retreat on Salt Spring Island…..
This will be a weekend for you to focus on your fitness, set nutrition goals, and learn all the tools you need to go forward as your healthiest self. It’ll be the perfect balance of reaching new limits while also taking some much-needed time away from your busy life to re-align with your wellness goals. Life gets busy, we all want to be healthy, let’s find out what is in our way.
What’s Included?
7 Mini Wellness Sessions – each 2 Hour session includes a fitness class and health wellness session
Each Fitness Class will focus on Core Strength, full body strengthening, Increasing Flexibility, stretching and breathing to relax the nervous system
Health Topics: Mindfulness, Core values, My ideal life, My fitness plan, My self-care plan, My nutrition, Bringing Kindness and Self-Compassion to myself and others
What you can expect to learn?
Fitness Instruction: Tanja will guide you through the fitness classes while teaching you the fundamentals of alignment, strength, flexibility and posture. All Levels welcome, Easier and Harder Options offered.
How to Create a Fitness and Health Plan: Tanja will assist you in creating a fitness and health plan so you can incorporate all you learn during the retreat back into your regular daily life
You will leave the week-end feeling refreshed, inspired, centered and confident with the basics a core fitness workout and ready to take care of yourself in a healthier way!
The retreat starts at 3 pm Friday , ending at 12:30pm Sunday, Classes will be held at the Harbour House Hotel
Organic fruit and herbal tea is provided. Take home product from Island Soap Co. A journal, journaling pen and binder with your personal wellness plan.
You can look forward to sharing a weekend full of health, fitness, relaxation, and inspiration to become your healthiest self!

$300/Full Week-end Retreat – You will complete the program, 6 weeks follow up is included
$75/1 Wellness Session – You will complete 1 portion of the program, 6 weeks follow up included to assist with completing the program
$50/session for 2 or more sessions – Each session you will complete 1 of the 7 topics, 6 weeks follow up is included to assist with completing the program
2 Hour Sessions:
Friday 3pm, 7pm Saturday 7:30 am, 10:30 am, 3pm
Sunday 7:30 am, 10:30am
