Yin Yoga + Massage = Yogassage

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style where the postures are held for longer periods to create moderate stress on the connective tissues of the body to improve circulation, joint health and flexibility. In this class, all of the poses are either seated or reclined using bolsters and blocks for support. This slow approach is inherently meditative and encourages quiet self-reflection, self-compassion and relaxation. To encourage your body to relax even further while you are in these yin yoga postures we massage you! With 2 practitioners and 6 participants that equals a lot of hands-on relaxation enhancements. This is a class for all levels of experience and the studio is at cozy room temperature so that you can truly relax.
