Set within the historic Hastings House, our restaurant blends elegant farm-to-table dining with the warmth of a relaxed coastal retreat. Led by Swiss Executive Chef Marcel Kauer, our talented culinary team delights the senses with beautifully presented dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients, and an impressive wine list to match.

Manor Dining is open daily from mid-March to the end of October with seatings from 5:30 to 7:30. Our daily cocktail hour, the Seaside Social takes place from 4 - 5pm on our seaside terrace with stunning views of Ganges Harbour.
