Their organic orchard is at the centre of everything they do. They grow more than 425 heritage & connoisseur apple varieties right there on their property and make all of their ciders in their modest Ciderworks building, which overlooks the orchard. Their approach is to make cider with minimal intervention, never adding sugar and allowing their distinctive apples to express themselves. While they use modern equipment, their approach is traditional, as are their ciders.
