Situated on North Pender Island, one of the Southern Gulf Islands with a moderate Northern Mediterranean climate, WOODS on Pender is in between Victoria and Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland and Vancouver.  We are just minutes from the Otter Bay Ferry Terminal that connects to Swartz Bay (Victoria) and Tsawwassen on the Lower Mainland.  Our summers are predicability dry with very little rain fall.
